List opening cash, expected income by week, expected outgoings (VAT, payroll, software, marketing), and let the sheet roll the running balance forward.

How to use it

  1. Enter opening cash for week 1.
  2. List recurring income (invoices, retainers) by expected payment week.
  3. List recurring outgoings: rent, salaries, software, tax, stock.
  4. Update weekly. If projected balance dips below your buffer, act now.
